The management of the Society shall be vested on an Executive Committee consisting of 19(nineteen) members in the following manner elected in the Annual General Meeting held every year.

Executive Committee 2015-16
Constitution :
A Memorandum of Association was drafted, examined and was accepted which was then registered (Regd. No. 116 of 1969-70).
The management of the society is vested on the Executive Committee, as shown above. The term of the EC is two years which is elected by Annual General Meeting of the society.
Membership :
A. The criteria of membership will be as follows :
a. A person who has attained the age of 18 years is eligible for life member of the Society.
b. Those who subscribes to the Memorandum of Association of the Society and have aptitude for preservation of forests, wildlife and environment.
B. Category of Members :

C. Members fee :
i. Life Member Rs. 5000.00
ii. Overseas member Rs. 10000.00
